My friend Allison and her husband Linford had a beautiful winter wedding from the bouquet to the wintery blue and green colors, as well as the pinecones and evergreens. Allison had not dreamed of having a winter wedding, but did a great job of bringing her style and the winter season together.

Linford and Allison have known each other for a number of years, and it was special to see them become one and celebrate their joy and sweet love for each other . They love people and lots of their friends showed up for the wedding to help them celebrate well! The dreary, cloudy day most certainly did not dampen their joy!

Linford and Allison really enjoy singing so, of course, there was lots of congregational and group singing. It’s too bad that pictures can’t capture sound :), because the music was quite clear and captivating, and felt like a breath of fresh air. (Can music be that?:) )

Ox Bow Park in Goshen, Indiana worked out perfectly for most of the formal photos. The tall grass and evergreens created the most lovely outdoor, wintertime backdrop.

I felt honored to capture these photos for Linford and Allison. It was extra special since we are friends and also share mutual friends.
