We had such a beautiful evening for Kaitlin’s senior session. The sun was in and out, which meant we could get some good shots using the bridge with the falls! 😊 The Jasper Parklands in Jasper, Indiana is one of my favorite places to shoot, and paired with beautiful Kaitlin and her blush and neutral colors, we captured some stunning photos!
Kaitlin is an entrepreneur at heart. She is a part of the Daviess County CEO program which is a class for Juniors and Seniors from Daviess County, Indiana and teaches them business skills. Because of this class she has had the opportunity to visit local businesses, listen to guest speakers, participate in a class business, and create her very own business! All the local businesses and speakers helped her learn more about running a business. She was able to participate in a Tradeshow. Through the network and the communication skills she has learned from this class, she obtained an internship from a local business, Graber Post, and will be interning there during her senior year! This class sounds incredible, and I’m so glad Kaitlin has had the privilege of learning from other local businesses!
Kaitlin’s business is called Simply Beaded Company. She makes silicone beaded wristlets, keychains, and lanyards. Be sure you check out her beautiful work here, and here !
You will notice the bracelet that Kaitlin has on for some of her photos. Her friend made this especially for her session, which was such a sweet gift to bless her with! Her friend also has a business, and it’s called Bray’s Bracelets. You can find her right here, and here.
While Kaitlin enjoys business very much, she also has a real passion for kids. She loves to see them grow inside the classroom, but gets just as excited about seeing them thrive outside the classroom. Last summer she counselled at an elementary Bible Memory Camp and hopes to help with that this summer again. After her senior year, she plans to major in elementary education because she LOVES working with kids.
Kaitlin has also been involved in Spell Bowl, Unified Track, and Cheer. She has many talents, and I can’t wait to see where God takes her! Keep using your God given talents for His glory, and you will go far! Congratulations, Kaitlin!
